End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Total Flight Solutions (“TFS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of any software, web applications, scheduling tools, and integrations (collectively, the “Software”) provided by TFS, including but not limited to those integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other operational platforms.
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
TFS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal or internal business use only, in connection with services provided by TFS.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Use the Software for any unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purpose

Share your access credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to use the Software

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Total Flight Solutions or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest.

4. Data Access and Integration
When the Software integrates with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, you authorize TFS to access and exchange necessary data to deliver financial and operational services (e.g., billing, invoicing, scheduling).
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

5. Termination
TFS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or misuse the Software.
Upon termination, your license to use the Software immediately ends, and you must cease all use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TFS disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

8. Amendments
TFS reserves the right to update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
